Brisbane Technology Park

For over three decades BTP has been a thriving hub for tech, health R & D, and engineering. It has, and continues to be, home to cutting-edge technology with global application that is developed, tested and grown, right at the Tech Park. Successes range from smartphone microprocessors to the next generation of intelligent medical devices, such as AI-enabled stethoscopes.

Our role in the ecosystem is continuing to provide fit-for-purpose workspaces on terms that allow businesses to grow and thrive, whilst also providing high quality amenity. Our recent investment into the best air conditioned end of trip facility in the suburbs is an example, as well as the new childcare facility under construction. Food and beverage options are aplenty, and for those who like to keep active, there are tree-lined walking and cycle paths nearby in addition to a new Anytime Fitness. 

More than 150 businesses employing over 7,000 people frequent the park daily. As the largest owner at BTP, we are proud of its success and are committed to the long-term future of the Tech park.  

 

About us

BTP Workspaces is owned by APN Industria REIT, the largest owner of property at Brisbane Technology Park with over 36,000 square metres under direct ownership. This includes a parcel of land of approximately 1 hectare that will developed over the medium term as part of a broader masterplan working in close collaboration with prospective clients. BTP Workspaces is the only owner at BTP with an on-site management team, and has an open and collaborative approach with clients across the portfolio, with a focus on creating functional and affordable workspaces that enables their employees to thrive.

Our investment

Our investment at BTP exceeds $170 million, and forms part of a large and diverse portfolio exceeding $760 million across the eastern seaboard. APN Industria REIT is a listed entity (ASX ticker ADI) and has over 5,000 shareholders who seek to own properties in good locations with attractive rent profiles. APN Industria REIT is managed by APN Property Group, a specialist real estate investment manager established in 1996, and governed by a majority independent board.

Our properties

Office space for businesses up to 200 employees available now with BTP Workspaces. We also have a limited amount of warehouse and lab space available, with the ability to develop additional area where necessary.
